We at Trita only plan on hiring caretakers after conducting thorough background checks. We will ask for their entire experience in the medical or caretaking field and reach out to the businesses they've worked under to gather necessary reviews on their performance. This would give us the information to decide whether we hire them or not. 

Trita plans on launching an app for caretakers, which will enable them to access medical records of the elders they are caring for (once they allow), and also allows them to add further medical information like their blood pressure or their blood-glucose levels. This information on this app will be visible to the elders and their family in their original app, so that they can track their health. The app for caretakers would also include biometrics and GPS trackers, which will act as an extra shield of saftey. 

We will ensure that the caretakers undergo police verifications in both, the area the elders are in and the area the caretakers are originally from. This will help establish if our caretakers own a clean slate and have not been involved in any wrongdoings.

Our app follows the HIPAA laws extensively, ensuring that all medical records are kept securely and privacy is maintained at all times.
